Walker’s plan also calls for referrals to treatment and social services.

On January 29, 2015, Michael Barnes appeared on NewsMax’s America’s Forum to discuss a new law enacted in Ohio that requires schools to teach students about the risks of abusing prescription pain medications. CLAAD recommends that educational programs like Ohio’s also include the risks of abusing other medications, including stimulants and benzodiazepines.
